The Commercial Estates Group invited us to create the world of the Kirkstall Forge brand, a development in Leeds that will transform part of the city’s manufacturing heritage into a new, integrated community, full of life. We found an old symbol for Kirkstall Forge once used in a ledger which became the inspiration for the Equation – an identity with three elements embodying the location, history and the physical nature of a multi-purpose environment of high quality residential and commercial communities.
